Everything a pest control operation runs on, in one platform

Sales, service, compliance and billing on one customer record, built inside a working pest control company since 2012 rather than adapted from a generic field service tool.

Two products, one platform
Available separately or together. Both run on the same customer record.
Win the work
A pest control deal is won or lost in the gap between the call and the signature, and most of that gap is paperwork. The quote that takes a day to produce. The proposal rebuilt at a desk from notes. The follow-up nobody made. Everything here exists to close that gap while the customer is still interested.
Run the service
Between the signed agreement and the completed visit sits the part of the business that actually costs money: who goes where, in what order, with what on the truck. An hour of windshield time per technician per day is a branch's worth of margin across a year.
Setup and work order generation
Set the service frequency once and the recurring work orders generate behind it, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, with invoices raised on however that customer pays.
Work order management
The record a job travels on, from creation and assignment through to confirmed completion, with technician notes, chemical logs and completion photos attached as it goes.
Field technician mobile app
Technicians run residential and commercial services from the app, capture before and after images, upsell on the spot, and send a lead back to sales from the driveway.
Get paid, and pay your people
Service delivered is not revenue collected. The gap between the two is where a mid-market operator loses a month of cash: invoices raised late, accounts nobody chased, and a pay run assembled by hand in a spreadsheet every fortnight.
Batch management and invoicing
Review the day's completed work, correct anything wrong, and release it as one batch that charges or invoices each customer the way they pay.
Payments and collection
Capture payment at the time of service or on monthly recurring billing, then work overdue accounts with statements and tiered collection letters set to your own payment terms.
Dream Pay
Payroll for a workforce that is mostly on commission. Sales commission and production commission calculated from the work already recorded, with the arithmetic visible behind every figure.
Built for pest control
This is the part a horizontal field service tool cannot follow you into. Compliance is not a module somebody added; it is the reason Dream exists. The first version was written in 2012 to get a WDO inspection off paper before the inspector arrived.
E-Logbook
Service records, inspection logs and history kept organized by site and retrievable the moment an auditor asks, which is what a commercial account expects on the wall.
Open integration
Dream runs on top of the ERP you already have, or alongside it: PestPac, Evolve, Sage, NetSuite or your own stack, with the new account and first work order pushed across automatically.
“Now we have 1 flow from the initial call to setting up service.”
