Founded by Mr. Nitesh Jain, Dream Service Software is located in San Antonio, Texas. As the CEO of this organization, he used his passion for helping small businesses and bringing them the tools that big businesses have the access to. He strives to help others and make a difference in their lives using technology to it’s best.
2012 is marked as the year, when things really changed. Mr. Nitesh met with ABC Home and Commercial’s Mr. Jenkins. When walking into their office in San Antonio, Nitesh noticed how much paper was being used for every step of the ABC business. That was when he came up with the idea to create a custom software solution that would automate their sales process and allow them to go paperless. Now DREAM supports over 1,500 users with its Sales CRM and is heading full on towards its purpose of helping the customers achieve their dreams.
Why we built a CRM and ERP for pest control specifically.
A pest control deal leaks at every handoff. The handraiser call doesn’t close on the first try. The proposal sits unread for nine days. A route wastes ninety minutes because the schedule wasn’t tight. A technician notices a termite job on the property and has no way to feed it back to sales. The happy customer never gets asked for a review.
Most operators run five tools and a paper logbook to cover that arc, and lose customers at every step. A delayed quote here, a missed follow-up there, an inspection that never makes it off paper into the compliance file.

Nitesh Jain — didn’t set out to build a software company. In 2012 he walked into ABC Home & Commercial Services’ San Antonio office and saw a compliance binder on the back-office floor with a WDO inspector due Monday. He built the first version of Dream to fix that one problem — get the inspection off paper, into a database, signed off before the inspector landed.
That became a sales CRM and eventually the CRM grew an ERP underneath it with pest-specific modules: E-Logbook, WDO/Termite, door-to-door, commercial flow, because the operators using it asked for them by name. Around 2016 a parallel partnership in California shaped the next decade of the product, especially with compliance work that other solutions couldn’t natively support.
Fourteen years on, leading pest control operations across the nation still run Dream end to end.
