LeadNow use cases

Techs send LeadNow leads from routine service calls, and office staff add the ones that come in by phone.

Leads technicians find on the job

The tech is already at the property. They send the lead from the driveway, before the next stop.

A neighbor asks for a quoteWhile the tech treats next door, the neighbor comes over to ask about service. The tech logs the address and the question.
A relative with the same problemThe customer says their sister has ants too. The tech sends her address as a new lead.
A second problem at the propertyThe tech is there for general pest. There are mud tubes on the foundation. The photo goes with the lead, so the termite inspector knows what to look for.

Handing the lead to the office

The tech doesn't sell anything. The rep for that zip gets the lead by email, calls, and updates the lead's status. When the tech opens it later in My LeadNow, it shows whether the customer was reached, got a proposal or booked a service.

Running it across branches

Customers build their own incentives around each tech's monthly lead count. One operator pays techs for each lead that reaches a proposal and doubles it past a monthly count. The same operator runs branch-against-branch contests for three months, with an extra week after the end date to close out late leads.

The leaderboard shows who's ahead this month.

Leads from other places

Phone calls, walk-ins and event leads go in by hand with + Submit Lead. They get the same New, Open, Pending and Complete statuses as tech leads.

Schedule a LeadNow demo

We'll send a lead from the app, then show it on the rep's list and on the Technician Leaderboard.
