How LeadNow works
A tech sends a lead from the property in My LeadNow. Zip Routing gives it to the sales rep who covers that zip code and emails them. Nobody routes it by hand. Later the tech opens the same lead in My LeadNow and sees whether it was called or scheduled.
In the app
The tech enters the customer, the address and the service. They add a photo or a voice note in seconds. It's logged at the property, while the tech still remembers exactly what the customer asked for.
In the office
Each lead arrives as New. Zip Routing has already assigned it, and the rep has a New Lead Assigned email waiting. From there it moves to Open, Pending or Complete.
Each status has sub-statuses: First Attempt, Second Attempt, Scheduled On FI, Invalid, Not Reached, Not Interested, Scheduled, Completed Proposed, Sold.
Reports
The dashboard opens on five tiles: Total, New, Open, Pending and Complete. Click one to see its leads.
Getting more technicians to submit
Techs asked for a way to check on leads they'd sent, so My LeadNow shows each lead's status, photos and audio.
See Zip Routing on a test lead
We'll send a test lead through Zip Routing to a rep and back to the tech's app.
